Terms and Conditions for Public Applications

Effective date: December 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the submission, review, listing, promotion, and availability of public custom applications (“Applications”) in the Flowlu Marketplace.

By submitting an Application for publication in the Flowlu Marketplace, you (“Developer”, “You”) agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and submission

1.1. To submit an Application to the Flowlu Marketplace, you must be the legal owner of the Application or have the legal right to distribute it.

1.2. Each submitted Application must comply with:

• Flowlu platform requirements,

• Flowlu Marketplace guidelines,

• applicable laws and regulations.

1.3. Submission of an Application does not guarantee publication in the Marketplace.

2. Review and approval

2.1. All public Applications are subject to review by Flowlu prior to publication.

2.2. Flowlu may approve or reject any Application at its sole discretion.

2.3. Flowlu reserves the right to re-review any published Application at any time to ensure continued compliance with platform requirements, security standards, and user experience guidelines.

2.4. Updates to public Applications that affect functionality, security, or requested permissions are subject to review before being made available to users.

3. Marketplace listing and promotion

3.1. The Flowlu Marketplace is a non-exclusive promotional and discovery platform for public Applications.

3.2. Flowlu may promote approved Applications in collaboration with the Developer. Promotion may include, but is not limited to:

• a dedicated Marketplace page,

• blog posts,

• newsletter mentions,

• social media mentions.

3.3. The scope, timing, and format of promotion are determined by Flowlu and are not guaranteed for every Application.

4. Distribution, licensing, and monetization

4.1. Developers are solely responsible for:

• distribution of their Applications,

• licensing terms,

• pricing and monetization,

• billing and payment processing (if applicable).

4.2. Flowlu does not process payments for Applications and does not act as a reseller, merchant of record, or payment intermediary.

4.3. Applications must not interfere with or attempt to modify Flowlu’s billing, subscription, or payment systems.

5. Maintenance and support

5.1. Developers are solely responsible for the maintenance, updates, and support of their Applications.

5.2. Developers must provide clear and accurate support contact information in the Application’s Marketplace listing.

5.3. If an Application is not adequately maintained, causes platform instability, or poses security risks, Flowlu may remove it from the Marketplace.

6. Removal and suspension

6.1. Flowlu may suspend or remove any Application from the Marketplace at any time, with or without notice, if the Application:

• violates these Terms,

• poses security or stability risks,

• infringes third-party rights,

• is no longer maintained.

6.2. Removal of an Application from the Marketplace does not affect existing agreements between the Developer and its users. Flowlu is not a party to such agreements.

7. Similar applications

7.1. Nothing in these Terms restricts Flowlu from developing, publishing, or offering functionality or applications that are similar to or compete with any Application, provided Flowlu does not use the Developer’s confidential information.

8. Liability and indemnification

8.1. Developers are solely responsible for their Applications, including all content, functionality, descriptions, and images used in the Marketplace.

8.2. Developers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flowlu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any third-party claims arising out of or related to:

• the Application,

• its distribution or use,

• its descriptions, representations, or marketing materials.

9. Changes to these Terms

9.1. Flowlu may update these Terms from time to time.

9.2. Continued publication of an Application after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
