Customizing the Task Page Layout
You can change the appearance of a task page to suit your needs—remove unnecessary fields, add new ones, or rearrange their order.
To do this, open the context menu in the upper right corner of the task (1) and select "Configure Layout" (2).

The page will switch to editing mode, and additional interface elements will appear.

To exit editing mode, click the large button at the top of the page.
Setting Up Access to the Page Type
First, decide for whom you are editing the page:
for yourself;
for all users;
for specific users or a user role.
Important: Only portal administrators can edit the common page layout and the layouts for other users.
Choose the editing scope from the selector—by default, you can change:
Default account view — for all users in the system;
My page view — the settings will only apply to you.
You can also create a separate page view and specify the users for whom it will be available. To do this, select "New page view" from the selector.

Then, in the editing window:
specify the name of the page type;
select the user role or specific users (3) who will have access to it.

After saving the changes, the new page type will appear in the list.

You can change the access settings for the page via the context menu in the upper right corner. There you can:
set the page type for all users on the portal;
change the list of users and/or user roles through the settings.

There you can also:
reset the page settings — return it to the default values;
delete the created page type.

Working with Fields
To the right of each field and block, there is an interaction button. Clicking it will reveal the option to hide the field.

By holding down the mouse button on the move area, you can change the order of fields using drag-and-drop.

To add new fields, click the "Add field" button at the bottom of a block and select the desired field from the list.

Working with Blocks
The task page editor is best suited for working with custom fields. Fields can be grouped into different blocks—based on their meaning and/or purpose.
To create a block, scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the "Create block" button. By clicking on the title, you can rename the block.

To delete a block, click on the button to the left of its name and delete it.
