The Calendar View

The Calendar is one of the available task views. In this view, tasks are arranged according to their specified date and time.

The Calendar helps you build your work schedule for the day, week, or month. Unlike the To-do List, the Calendar considers the specific times set for tasks and how they fit together.

Calendar Structure

The screen shares the same core elements as the main Calendar module, but it displays tasks instead of events.

On the left side of the screen, there is a mini-calendar for the current month, which you can use to switch dates quickly.

The tasks themselves are placed on the main calendar grid according to their specified dates and times.

Calendar Views

Using the switcher at the top of the screen, you can toggle between Month, Week, or Day views. Each view is suited for planning and tracking tasks over different time horizons.

Working with Tasks in the Calendar

Creating Tasks

You can create a new task by clicking on the desired date and time slot on the calendar grid.

When you do this, the task's Start Date and Due Date fields will be pre-filled.

Changing Task Deadlines

In the Calendar, you can also quickly and easily change the due dates of existing tasks without opening the edit screen. To do this, simply drag and drop the task to a new date and time on the calendar grid.

Calendar Display Settings

By default, the Calendar only shows active tasks—those with a global status of "To-Do" or "In Progress."

If needed, you can also choose to display:

  • Completed tasks
  • Subtasks

To do this, open the display settings by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Check the corresponding boxes (1). Here, you can also customize which fields are displayed on the task cards on the calendar grid (2).
