Tasks Widget: Doughnut Chart
The Doughnut Chart is a universal widget that displays task information in the form of a circlular diagram. The main feature of this widget is that the data in the chart can be customized manually.

To make it easier for you to set up the widget, the following presets are available:
- Tasks by status;
- Active tasks by assignee;
- Task in progress by projects;
- Actual time by project.
Widget Installation
The widget is installed on the dashboard. To access it, go to the Home tab and select the desired dashboard.

Once on the dashboard:
- Click the Add widget button.
- In the Tasks tab, select the Doughnut chart widget.
- Choose one of the available presets or custom settings from the list.

Widget Settings
The information displayed in the chart is defined in the settings. To access them, open the context menu in the upper right corner of the widget and select Settings. This can be done for any of the presets.

The widget settings menu will appear on the right side of the screen. In it, you can:
- Specify the widget name — for example, based on the information you want to track.
- Include archived tasks — adds tasks from the archive to the data sample used for calculations.
- Select the grouping basis — by assignee, creator, project, status, workflow stage, priority, and other characteristics.
- Data type — choose what the widget will calculate: quantity (number of tasks), spent time, or estimated time.
- Number of segments — defines how many sectors the circle will be divided into. If the number of entities exceeds the number of sections, the remainder will be placed in the "Other" section.

Next, define the task filtering settings to collect the selected data. You can filter data by:
- Name: Task title keywords.
- Owner: The person who created the task.
- Assignee: The person responsible for the task.
- Followers / Collaborators: Other team members involved.
- Start/End Dates: Specific timeframes for task duration.
- Custom Fields: Use the Add Field button to filter by any other available task parameters.

After saving the settings, the widget will display a chart with the corresponding information.
Chart Display
The widget consists of two elements: a circular diagram and a legend.
- When you hover over a chart segment, a tooltip with the element's name (1) will appear.
- The center of the chart shows information about the total number of tasks (2) and the number of sections (3).
- You can toggle the display of specific grouping elements on the chart by checking or unchecking the checkboxes (4).
- Clicking on an element's name (5) will open a list of tasks filtered by that element and your settings.

Copying and Deleting the Widget
Open the context menu in the upper right corner of the widget and select the corresponding item:
- Duplicate — to copy the widget along with its settings.
- Delete — to remove it.

Available Presets
Presets are not separate widgets but sets of ready-made configurations. Presets help you better understand what data can be displayed via the chart.
Any preset can also be used as a basis for your own settings, and the information within them can be further filtered.
Tasks by status
Displays the distribution of all tasks by their global statuses — "To do," "In progress," "Approval," "Completed".

Active Tasks by Assignee
Displays all tasks with "To do" and "In progress" statuses, grouped by assignee.

In-Progress Tasks by Project
Displays tasks with the "In Progress" status, but broken down by projects.

Actual Time by Project
The widget shows the actual time (time spent) for all tasks closed this month, broken down by projects.
