Managing Active Sessions
Ensuring the security of your account is a priority in Flowlu. To provide you with full control over your account access, Flowlu has a Sessions Manager. This tool allows you to monitor all active sessions across different platforms and browsers, helping you identify unauthorized access or simply manage your logins on various devices.
The Sessions Manager is available on all portals and can be accessed by every user individually.
Accessing the Sessions Manager
To view your active sessions, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen and select the edit icon. Find the Devices tab and click on it.

Monitoring Current and Active Sessions
The Devices page is divided into two main areas. At the top, you will see details about your current session, including the browser type, operating system, and your current IP address. This helps you confirm the status of the device you are presently using.
Below the current session, the Active sessions table provides a detailed list of every other instance where your account is currently logged in.
Securing Your Account and Terminating Sessions
If you notice a session from an unfamiliar device or simply want to log out of a computer you no longer have access to, you can terminate sessions remotely.
To end a specific session, click the Log out icon. This will immediately disconnect your account from that specific device or browser.


For a quick security reset, you can use the Sign out of all other sessions button located just below your current session info. Clicking this will terminate every active login except for the one you are currently using.
