Managing Opportunities


The Opportunities section in the mobile app is a powerful tool for managing your sales pipeline on the go. This guide will walk you through how to view, filter, create, and manage your opportunities directly from your mobile device.

Accessing and Viewing Opportunities

To begin, navigate to the Modules tab in the bottom bar, select the CRM module, and then tap on Opportunities (1).

  • List View: Displays your opportunities in a vertical list. Each entry shows the title, budget, customer, and current stage, which is indicated by a colored progress bar.
  • Board View (Kanban): Organizes your opportunities into columns based on their sales stage. Each column header shows the total number of deals and their combined value. You can move an opportunity to a new stage by simply dragging and dropping its card into the corresponding column.

To switch between these views, use the Board (2) and List (3) view icons located in the top-right header.

Filtering and Customizing Your View

To locate specific opportunities quickly, you have two powerful options at the bottom of the screen:

  • Filters (1): Tap the Filters button to open a comprehensive list of parameters. You can narrow down your opportunities by Currency, Status, Pipeline Stage, Start Date, Account, Budget, and many other criteria. Tap Apply to see the results.
  • Settings (2): Tap the Settings icon next to Filters to open additional view options. Here, you can Split columns by a specific field or change the Sort order of the opportunities in your current view

Creating a New Opportunity

To add a new opportunity to your pipeline:

  1. Tap the blue plus icon (1) in the top right corner.
  2. The New Opportunity screen will appear. Fill in the necessary details, including the Name, Description, Opportunity Amount, Source, Assignee, and Customer.
  3. Tap Save (2) to create the opportunity.

Managing an Individual Opportunity

Tap on any opportunity card (1) in either List or Board view to open its detailed page. This page is organized with tabs for easy navigation:

  • Main: An overview of the opportunity's core details, such as Amount, Source, Assignee, and Customer information.
  • Activities: View and manage associated tasks and events.
  • Email: Access email correspondence related to the opportunity.
  • Documents: Manage attached documents like contracts or proposals.

From the detail page, tap the three-dot menu (2) in the top-right corner to access more actions, such as Copy link, Share, Create Invoice, Create Project, Duplicate, or Delete the opportunity

Changing an Opportunity's Stage

  • In Board View: Drag and drop the opportunity card into the new stage's column.
  • In List View: Tap the opportunity to open its details, tap the current stage, select the new stage from the list, and confirm.
