Managing Estimates
The Estimates module in the Flowlu mobile app allows you to create, send, and manage sales quotations directly from your device. This guide covers the main functionalities of the Estimates section.
Accessing the Estimates Section
- From the bottom navigation bar, tap on Modules.
- In the main menu, tap on the Finance section to expand it.
- Select Estimates.

This will take you to the Estimates list, which displays all estimates in your account.
The Estimates List View
The main Estimates screen provides a complete overview and tools to organize your view:
- Search: Use the search bar at the top to quickly find a specific estimate by name or number.
- Create New: Tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner to create a new estimate.
- Filters: Tap the Filters button at the bottom to narrow down the list by criteria like Amount, CRM Account, Status, Date, and more.
- Settings: Tap the settings icon (the two sliders) next to Filters to open the Settings panel, where you can Group by or Sort the estimate list.

Creating a New Estimate
To create a new sales quotation on the go:
- From the Estimates list, tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner.
- On the New Estimate screen, fill in the necessary details:
- Select a CRM Account.
- Set the Date and Expiration Date.
- In the Products section, add line items. Tap Add Another Line for multiple items.
- Optionally, add a Discount, Taxes, Shipping Charges, or an Adjustment.
- Add custom Terms & Conditions or internal Customer Notes.
- Review the Total amount.
- Tap Save to create the estimate.

Viewing and Managing an Individual Estimate
Tap on any estimate from the list to open its detail page. This page is organized into several tabs:
- Main: Displays all core estimate information, including the estimate number, status (e.g., Declined, Accepted, Invoiced), amount, customer details, linked project, and the list of items. From here, you can also use the Send Email button to send the estimate directly to the customer.
- Preview: Shows you exactly how the estimate document will look to your customer.
- Customer: Provides detailed contact and organization information for the customer.
Estimate Actions
From the detailed view of an estimate, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner to access more actions:
- Copy link
- Share
- Download PDF
- Duplicate (to create a new, similar estimate)
- Mark as Accepted (or update the status)
- Delete
