Managing Money
The Money section in the Flowlu mobile app allows you to keep a detailed record of all your company's financial transactions. You can log revenue and expenses, and track transfers between your accounts, all from your mobile device.
Accessing the Money Section
To access your financial transactions:
- Navigate to the Modules tab in the bottom bar.
- Tap on the Finance module to expand the menu.
- Select Money.

This opens the Money list, which displays a chronological feed of all recorded transactions. Each entry shows the transaction amount, the associated party, the category, and the date.
Creating a New Transaction
To add a new financial record:
- From the Money list, tap the plus icon (+) in the top-right corner.
- A menu will appear. Select the type of transaction you want to record: Revenue, Expense, or Transfer.

- To Record Revenue: Select Revenue. Fill in the Amount, select a Payer from your CRM, and set the Payment Date. You can tap More to add a description or link the transaction to a specific relation.
- To Record an Expense: Select Expense. Fill in the Amount, select a Payee (beneficiary), and set the Payment Date. The More section allows for adding a description and other details.
- To Record a Transfer: Select Transfer. Enter the Amount and Payment Date. Specify the Organization Account from which the funds are being moved and the Organization Account to where they are being received. You can also add a description and attach files.
After filling in the details, tap Save to add the transaction to your records.

Viewing and Managing a Transaction
Tap any transaction from the list to open its detail page. This page provides a complete overview, including the amount, date, CRM account, assignee, and description.
The detail page is organized into two tabs:
- Main: Shows the core details of the payment.
- Files: Displays any files attached to the transaction.
To perform additional actions, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner. From here, you can Copy link, Share, Duplicate, Edit, or Delete the transaction.

Filtering and Sorting Transactions
To find specific transactions, you can use the options at the bottom of the Money list:
- Filters: Tap the Filters button to open a screen with various filtering options. You can narrow down the list by Total, Currency, CRM Account, Assignee, Type, Category, Date, and more. Tap Apply to see the results.
- Settings (Sort & Group): Tap the icon next to the Filters button to open the Settings screen. Here, you can change the Group by and Sort order of the transactions in the list.
