Configuring Your Profile and Settings
The Flowlu mobile app provides a central location to manage your personal profile, application preferences, and account settings. This guide explains how to access and configure these options.
Accessing Settings
To access the main settings menu, tap on your user photo in the upper-left corner of the screen.
This will open the Settings menu, which provides access to all the configuration options listed below.

User Profile
Tap your name at the top of the Settings screen to view and edit your personal profile. From here, you can:
- Update your profile picture.
- Edit your first, last, and second name.
- Manage additional profile and social media information.

Notification Settings
Control which in-app notifications you receive. You can enable or disable alerts for specific events within these modules:
- Tasks: Stage updated, new task created, you are added as a collaborator, you are added as a follower, assignee changed, priority changed, new comment posted, task deadline updated.
- CRM: Opportunity created, you are assigned, opportunity stage changed, new comment on an opportunity, opportunity status changed.
Calendar Synchronization
Connect your Flowlu calendar with your Google Calendar. You can select specific Flowlu calendars to export to Google Calendar. Flowlu also imports all of your calendars from your connected Google account.
Export to Contacts
Export your CRM contacts. You can filter the data to be exported by:
- Time Frame
- CRM Accounts
- All Assignees
- All Industries
- All Categories
There is a contact limit of 5,000 per export.
Color scheme
Choose between a Light or Dark visual theme for the application interface.
About
View information about the application, including:
- Current app version
- Links to Propose an Idea, Rate the app, Privacy Policy, and License Agreement.
Linked Services
Manage connections to external services. For example, you can connect and manage your link to your Google Account for easy and secure sign-in.
Portal/account settings
Access critical portal and user management options:
- Delete Portal: Permanently delete your entire Flowlu portal.
- Delete User: Permanently delete your own user account.
Access Permissions
View and manage access rights for users in your portal. You can see the assigned role (e.g., Administrator, Employee) for each user across different add-ons like CRM, Projects, Finance, and more.
Switch Portal
If you are a member of multiple Flowlu portals, use this option to switch between them.
Log Out
Sign out of your account in the mobile application.
