Customizing Home Screen Widgets
The Flowlu mobile app allows you to create and personalize multiple home screens with widgets. This helps you organize and quickly access the most important information for your workflow. You can create separate screens for different purposes, such as "Home" for general tasks and "CRM" for sales-related data.
Managing Home Screens
You can create new screens, rename existing ones, or delete them entirely.
To Create a New Home Screen:
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open the Settings.
- Tap the "Add new home screen" button at the bottom.
- Enter a name for your new screen and save it.
To Edit or Delete a Home Screen:
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Find the home screen you wish to modify in the list.
- Tap the three-dot menu to the right of the screen's name.
- Select "Edit" to rename the screen or "Delete" to permanently remove it and all of its widgets.
Adding a Widget
To add a new widget to one of your home screens:
- Navigate to the desired home screen (e.g., "Home" or "CRM").
- Tap the plus icon (+) in the top right corner of the screen. If the screen is empty, you can also tap the "Add widget" button in the center.
- A list of Modules will appear. Select the module you want to add a widget from (e.g., CRM, Tasks, Projects).
- A preview of the available widget(s) for that module will be displayed. If multiple widget types are available, you can swipe or use the dots at the bottom to navigate between them.
- Tap the "Add widget" button to place it on your home screen.
Arranging and Removing Widgets
To rearrange or remove widgets on your home screen:
- Tap the Set up button at the bottom of the screen to enter edit mode.
- Once in edit mode, you can make the following changes:
- To move a widget: Press and hold the widget, then drag it to a new position.
- To remove a widget: Tap the close icon that appears on the left of the widget.
- When you are finished, tap the checkmark icon in the top right corner to save your layout.
