My Team


The My Team module in the Flowlu mobile app is your central hub for managing personnel, controlling access permissions, and tracking employee availability. It provides all the essential tools to keep your team organized and informed while on the go.

The module is organized into three main sections: Team, Time off management, and User roles.

Team

The Team section serves as your company's digital directory. Here, you can view a complete list of all users in your portal, access their detailed profiles to find contact information or see their online status, and invite new members to join your organization directly from the app.

User Roles

The User roles section is where you control what different users can see and do within Flowlu. You can use it to review existing roles (like Administrator or Employee), configure their access permissions for various modules, and assign team members to the appropriate roles, ensuring everyone has the right level of access.

Time Off Management

Use the Time off management section to track all employee absences, including vacations, sick days, and other types of leave. This feature allows you to view a log of all past, current, and upcoming time off, as well as add new absence records for any team member, giving you a clear overview of team availability.
