Agile Projects

The Agile Projects module in the Flowlu mobile app is a powerful tool designed for managing iterative workflows, such as software development, content creation, or marketing campaigns. It allows you to organize tasks into sprints, visualize progress on a Kanban board, and keep your team aligned, all from your mobile device.
This guide will walk you through creating, navigating, and managing your agile projects.

Accessing Agile Projects

To get started, navigate to the Agile Projects section from the main menu.

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, tap on Modules.
  2. Scroll through the list and select Agile projects.

This will open the main list view, displaying all the agile projects you have access to.

The Main Project List

On the main screen, you can search for a specific project or refine the list using filters and settings.

  • Search: Use the search bar at the top to quickly find a project by its name or key.
  • Filters (1): Tap the Filters icon to open a panel where you can narrow down the project list by criteria such as Project Lead or Project Key. Tap Apply to see the results.
  • Settings (2): Tap the Settings icon to open view options. Here, you can Group by or change the Sort order of the projects in the list.

Creating a New Agile Project

To start a new project:

  1. From the main Agile projects list, tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner.
  2. The New Project screen will appear.
  3. Tap Save to create the project.

Navigating an Agile Project

Tapping on a project from the list opens its detailed workspace, which is organized into several key tabs:

  1. Backlog: This tab contains all the issues that have not yet been assigned to a specific sprint. It is also where you plan and manage your sprints. You can create a new sprint directly from this screen.
  2. Board: This is a Kanban-style board that provides a visual representation of your workflow.
    • Issues are displayed as cards organized into columns based on their current status (e.g., To Do, In Progress).
    • You can use the dropdown menu at the top to switch between viewing the entire project board or focusing only on the issues in a specific sprint.
  3. Tasks: This tab provides a simple list view of all issues (tasks, bugs, stories) within the project. It includes a search bar for quickly finding specific items.
  4. Team: A list of all members assigned to the project.
  5. Description: This tab displays a summary of the project, including its description, Project Lead, workflow, and issue categories.
