Knowledge Bases
The Knowledge Bases module in the Flowlu mobile app provides you with on-the-go access to your company's essential information, guides, and procedures. It is designed as a quick reference tool, allowing you to find the answers you need, wherever you are.
Note: The mobile app is intended for viewing and searching for information. Creating new knowledge bases, writing or editing articles, and managing the structure and permissions must be done using the desktop version of Flowlu.
Accessing Knowledge Bases
To find your company's documented knowledge, first navigate to the module.
- From the bottom navigation bar, tap on Modules.
- Scroll through the list and select Knowledge Bases.

This will open a screen listing all the knowledge bases you have permission to access, such as the "Knowledge Center." You can use the search bar here to find a specific knowledge base if you have access to several.
Navigating Within a Knowledge Base
Once you open a specific knowledge base, you can easily browse its contents.
- Tap on a knowledge base name to open its table of contents.
- You will see a structured list of main categories (e.g., "Getting Started," "HR Policies and Procedures").
- Use the Search bar at the top to find articles by keywords across the entire knowledge base.
At the top of the screen, you will also find navigation tools to help you browse more efficiently, such as options to view the main table of contents, your bookmarked (starred) articles, and your viewing history.

Reading an Article
To read an article, simply tap on its title from the table of contents.
The article view displays:
- The article's title and its current status (e.g., "Published").
- A list of other articles within the same section for easy navigation.
- A "Next" button to proceed to the next article in the sequence.
- Information about who created and last edited the article, along with the corresponding dates.
