Lists

The Lists module in the Flowlu mobile app allows you to access, add, and manage records in custom-made lists on the go. It is the perfect tool for capturing structured data — such as user research findings, inventory checks, or contact lists — directly from your mobile device.

Note: The creation and configuration of the lists themselves, including setting up custom fields and managing user permissions, is done in the desktop version of Flowlu. The mobile app is designed for working with the data within those pre-configured lists.

Accessing Your Lists

To begin working with your data, first navigate to the Lists module.

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, tap on Modules.
  2. Scroll down and select Lists.

This will display a directory of all the lists you have permission to access (e.g., "User Research"). Each list will show the total number of records it contains.

Navigating a List

After selecting a specific list, you can view all of its records.

  1. Tap on a list name (e.g., "User Research") to open it.
  2. You will see all the records (or items) in that list, typically showing key information like the record name and creation date.
  3. Use the Search bar at the top to quickly find a specific record.

How to Add a New Record

You can easily add new entries to any list you have access to.

  1. From within a specific list, tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. The "Create a list of elements" form will appear.
  3. Fill in the information for each of the custom fields that were configured for this list.
  4. Once all the required details are entered, tap Save. The new record will be added to the list.

How to View and Edit a Record

You can view the full details of any record and make changes as needed.

  1. From the record list, tap on any item to open its detail view. This screen will display all the information for that record.
  2. To make changes, tap the edit (pencil) icon in the top-right corner.
  3. The "Edit Topic" screen will open, allowing you to update the values in any of the fields.
  4. After making your changes, tap Save to update the record.
