Calendar

The Calendar module in the Flowlu mobile app helps you stay organized by providing a clear overview of your schedule, including meetings, appointments, and important deadlines. You can create personal events, manage company-wide schedules, and sync with your external calendars to keep all your commitments in one place.

Accessing the Calendar

To view your schedule, navigate to the Calendar module from the main menu.

1. From the bottom navigation bar, tap on Modules.
2. Scroll through the list and select Calendar.

You can swipe left or right to navigate between months.

Navigating and Filtering Your Calendar

The main view displays a traditional calendar layout. Tapping on a specific date will highlight it and show any scheduled events for that day in a list below.

You can control which calendars are visible on your screen:

1. Tap the Calendar in the top header.
2. The "My Calendars" panel will appear, listing all available calendars (e.g., your personal calendar, "Company Calendar").
3. Use the checkboxes to select or deselect the calendars you wish to view.
4. Tap Apply to update the calendar display.

How to Create a New Event

You can add new events to your schedule at any time.

1. From the main calendar screen, tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner. (Alternatively, you can select a day and tap the "New Event").
2. The "New Event" form will open.
3. Fill in the event details.
4. Tap Save to add the event to your calendar.

Viewing and Managing an Event

Once created, an event will appear in the list below the calendar when its date is selected.

1. Tap on an event from the list to open its detailed view.
2. The event detail screen is organized into Main and Files tabs. From the Main tab, you can:
   • View the event name, dates, description, and attendees.
   • Tap Mark as Completed to finish the event.
   • Add reminders, links to other Flowlu items, and write comments.
3. To perform more actions, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner. This menu allows you to:
   • Copy link
   • Share
   • Copy event (to create a duplicate)
   • Edit
   • Delete

Calendar Synchronization

The app supports two-way synchronization with Google Calendar on Android and Apple Calendar on iOS.
