Migrating to Flowlu
This section of our Help Center is dedicated to guiding you through the process of migrating your essential business data from other platforms into your new Flowlu workspace.
Our step-by-step guides are designed to make this transition as smooth and predictable as possible.
To keep things organized, our migration guides all follow the same four-stage structure:
- Preparation: Before you move anything, you need to set up your Flowlu workspace. This means adding your teammates and creating custom fields to match the data you'll be importing. Good preparation is key to a clean import.
- Export: Pull your data from your old platform. The standard way to do this is by exporting it into CSV files.
- Import: Once you have your files, you'll import them into the right modules in Flowlu (like CRM or Tasks) and carefully map your data to the fields you prepared.
- Post-Migration: After the import, you'll need to verify that everything transferred correctly and rebuild any automations or integrations you were using.
