Loans

Loans is a vital part of any business. Many companies operate with borrowed funds for various purposes, making it essential to keep a detailed record of all payments and receipts.

For operations involving credits and loans, a dedicated module called Loans is available. This is a component of the Finance module and must be installed separately.

Note: The Loans module is available only on premium Flowlu subscription plans.

Module Features

• Tracks loans, borrowings, and their interest.
• Separates the repayment of the principal from interest payments.
• Displays remaining debt balances and monthly payments.
• Shows upcoming payments in the Payment Calendar.
• Generates more accurate Financial Reports.

Within the module, the following entities exist:

• Borrowed loans — funds that you have borrowed for business needs and are now repaying.
• Issued loans — funds that other counterparties have borrowed from you and are now repaying to you.

Installing the Module

Navigate to Apps from the sidebar menu.

Or click on your avatar in the upper right corner and click on Apps.

Find Loans in the list of applications and click on it.

Click Install.

You can access the Loans module through the main Finance module, where a corresponding subsection will appear.

After installation, you can proceed to the module settings or start managing your borrowed funds immediately.
