Access Rights: Loans
Types of Access Rights
In the Loans module, only two access levels are available:
1. Full access. A user with this permission level can:
- Create and edit borrowed/issued loan cards;
- Link payments and expenses to loans;
- Track payment dates via the Payment Calendar;
- Delete loans from the system.
2. Access Denied. Users with this access level cannot access any information from the module:
- They will be unable to work with loans in the system;
- The module sections will not be displayed in the Finance module menu.
How to Configure Access Rights for the Loans Module?
You can modify user access permissions in the module settings. Navigate to the Loans module in the Apps list. If the module is already installed, clicking on the three dots will take you directly to the access rights configuration.

Alternatively, you can click the gear icon in the upper right corner within the module itself.

If you want to change permissions for an entire group of users at once, go to the Roles and Permissions tab, select the required group, and set its access level via the drop-down menu. This setting will apply to all users within that group.

By default, users inherit their module access level from the group they belong to.
If you need to assign access rights to specific user, go to the User Access Settings tab. Select the specific user and set their individual access level using the corresponding drop-down menu.
