Payables & Receivables

Business is based on obligations-relationships between a debtor and a creditor, where one party must perform a certain action for the benefit of the other.

A customer must perform a final settlement under a contract, a company must pay a contractor for services, a supplier must ship goods. All these and many other similar relationships are united by the existence of obligations.

To record obligations in the system, there is a corresponding module called Payables & Receivables.

Installing the Module

The Payables & Receivables module is installed as an add-on to the Finance module.

To install the module, go to Apps.

In the list of applications, find the Payables & Receivables module and click on it.

Click the Install button.

You can access the Payables & Receivables module through the Finance module menu — a corresponding subsection will appear there.

After installation, you can proceed to the module settings or begin working with obligations.
