Access Rights: Payables & Receivables


The module has only two access levels.

Full Access

A user with this permission level can:

  • Add Payables & Receivables and edit information about them;
  • Link them to payments and expenses from the Money section;
  • Delete them from the system.

Access Denied

Information from the module is unavailable to users with this permission level; the module will not appear in their menu. Consequently, such users cannot work with records in this section.

How to Configure Access Rights to the Module

You can modify user access rights in the module settings. Navigate to the module and open the settings by clicking the Gear icon.

If you want to change permissions for an entire group of users at once, go to the Roles and Permissions tab, select the desired role, and use the drop-down list to set its access level. This setting will apply to all users within that role.

By default, users inherit their access level for the module from the role to which they belong.

If you want to assign access rights to specific users — for example, to revoke administrator rights from someone — go to the Users Access Settings tab. Select a specific teammate and set their individual permission level using the corresponding drop-down list.
