Statuses of Payables & Receivables
Obligations can be fulfilled in different ways. For example, if you have agreed with a debtor or creditor on payment installments.
You can track the fulfillment of Payables & Receivables using statuses. The status depends on the total amount paid toward the obligation.
The status of all obligations can be tracked directly in the list. You can also filter the list by status.
Obligation Statuses
| Status | Condition |
| Not Paid | No payments have been recorded for the obligation. |
| Partially Paid | The total payment amount is less than the obligation amount. |
| Paid | The total payment amount equals the obligation amount. The debt is settled. |
| Overpaid | The total payment amount exceeds the obligation amount. |
Data on obligation payments is also displayed in the Profit and Loss report — depending on the linked financial category.
