Fixed Assets

The Fixed Assets module is used for tracking and managing company assets. Within it, you can:

• Keep records of property listed on the company's balance sheet;
• Manage the value of this assets;
• Automatically calculate depreciation expenses;
• Monitor payments and debts associated with the assets.

In the module, you can specify assets of the following categories:

• Fixed Assets  — high-value company property used in operations that generates income.
• Intangible Assets  — assets valuable to the business that do not have a physical form.

Important: The Fixed Assets module is available on the Advanced plan and higher.

Installing the Module

The Fixed Assets module is installed as an add-on to the Finance module.

To install the module, go to Apps.

In the list of applications, find the Fixed Assets module and click on it.

Then click the Install button.

You can access the Fixed Assets module through the Finance module menu — a corresponding subsection will appear there.

After installation, you can proceed to the module settings or begin working with your assets.
