CRM Widget: Conversion
The "Conversion" widget displays the percentage of opportunity conversion from one stage to another. Depending on the chosen widget type, it shows:
- The percentage of conversion for all opportunities to sales within a selected pipeline.
- The percentage of conversion between two selected stages of a pipeline.
This widget allows you to dynamically track the effectiveness of managers in moving opportunities from one stage to another.

How to Install Widgets?
Widgets are installed on your dashboard. To access it, go to the "Start" tab and select your desired dashboard.

Once on the dashboard:
- Click the "Add widget" button.
- In the "CRM" tab, select the "Conversion" item.
- Choose the desired widget – either "Sales Conversion Rate" or "Pipeline Stage Conversion".

Sales Conversion Rate
This widget shows the overall conversion from the entire pipeline to sales.
If desired, you can customize the widget's appearance and filter the information within it. To do this, open the context menu in the top right corner of the widget and go to settings.

In the widget settings, you can:
- Give the widget a name.
- Activate the colored background highlight.
- Modify filter settings:
- Select a specific sales pipeline – this is a required setting.
- Specify the currency.
- Choose the creation date of opportunities – either a specific date or a range.
- Specify the date range for the start and completion of opportunities.
- Select the responsible manager.
- Add additional fields for filtering opportunities.
Important: When a time range is specified in the widget, a progress indicator will appear – an icon that displays changes in the metric compared to the previous period. The value in the indicator will be calculated from the difference between the values for the previous and current periods.

Pipeline Stage Conversion
This widget displays the percentage of conversion between two pipeline stages. Simply put, it's the percentage of opportunities that moved from Stage 1 to Stage 2.
The same settings for appearance and filtering that apply to "Sales Conversion Rate" are also applicable to the "Pipeline Stage Conversion" widget. However, stage-specific settings are added: from which stage and to which stage the conversion is calculated.

Please note that you cannot calculate conversion in the reverse direction (e.g., from sale to lead). Therefore, when specifying a particular stage in the "From stage..." field, previous stages in the "To stage..." field will be unavailable for selection. These stages will be unclickable in the selector.

If a pipeline includes opportunities that have moved multiple times between stages, or have been completed and then resumed, there may be a margin of error in the conversion data. This applies to opportunities created before the release of this widget.
