CRM Widget: Average Opportunity Duration

This widget displays the average duration of opportunities within a selected pipeline, either overall or at specific stages.

This widget helps you assess the effectiveness of your sales department's work. With the comparison indicator, you can also compare metrics with the previous period.

Filtering data by pipeline stages will help you monitor compliance with sales department regulations. For example, you can assess how quickly managers process leads at the initial stages of the pipeline.

How to Install the Widget?

Widgets are installed on your dashboard. To access it, go to the "Home" module and select your desired dashboard.

Once on the dashboard:

• Click the "Add widget" button.
• In the "CRM" tab, select the "Deal Statistics" item.
• Choose the "Average Opportunity Duration" widget.

The widget will display the value immediately.

Widget Settings

If necessary, you can customize the widget's appearance and filter the information within it. To do this, open the context menu in the top right corner of the widget and go to settings.

In the widget settings, you can configure its appearance by giving it a name and activating a colored background. Select the sales pipeline and the specific opportunity stage for which to calculate the duration; if no stage is chosen, the widget will display the average duration across all stages. Additionally, you can apply various filters to refine the results, including currency, creation and completion date ranges, the responsible manager, and other custom fields.

Important: When a time range is specified in the widget, a progress indicator will appear – an icon that displays changes in the metric compared to the previous period. The value in the indicator will be calculated from the difference between the values for the previous and current periods.
