CRM Widget: Pipeline

The "Pipeline" widget provides a funnel-style visualization of your selected sales pipeline, breaking it down into stages. It allows you to track:

  • The number of opportunities at each stage.
  • The total value of opportunities at each stage.
  • The conversion rate from one stage to the next.

The widget also displays the number, percentage, and total value of Lost and Paused opportunities from that pipeline.

How to Add the Widget

This widget can be added to your dashboard. While on your dashboard, click the Add Widget button. In the panel that appears, select the CRM category, then the Sales Performance section, and finally, choose Pipeline from the list to add it.

Widget Structure

The widget displays a visual funnel representing your pipeline stages. You can hover over any stage to see a tooltip with its conversion rate, sum, and average duration.

A legend on the right provides details for each stage:

  • Number of opportunities
  • Conversion rate from the previous stage
  • Total value of opportunities
  • Average time an opportunity spends at this stage

The final stage in the funnel always represents Won opportunities.

At the bottom, a summary row provides information on Lost and Paused opportunities.

Widget Settings

To access the widget settings, click the three-dot menu icon in its top right corner and select Settings.

A settings panel will appear on the right. Here, you can:

  • Widget Name: Change the title of the widget.
  • Ignore skipped opportunity stages: This toggle is on by default. Turn it off if you want the conversion calculation to assume an opportunity has passed through all preceding stages, even if it was created at or moved to a later stage.
  • Filter Settings:
    • Currency (required)
    • Pipeline (required)
    • Owner
    • Created date
    • Start Date
    • Completed Date
  • Add Field: Add other custom fields to your filter criteria.

Remember to Save your changes.

Copying and Deleting the Widget

You can create a copy of the widget to monitor several different pipelines or apply different filters simultaneously. To copy the widget, open the three-dot menu and select Duplicate.

To remove the widget, open the same menu and choose Delete.
