Accessing Your Flowlu Client Portal



The Flowlu Client Portal is a secure, centralized workspace designed for collaboration between a company and its external clients or contractors. Instead of managing projects through fragmented email threads, you can access all relevant information — tasks, projects, and invoices — in one dedicated place.

This guide provides instructions for guest users on how to:

  • Complete the Flowlu Client Portal sign up process
  • Log in to the Flowlu Client Portal
  • Access your data via the Flowlu mobile app
  • Set up notifications to stay updated on project stages

Client Portal Sign Up

Flowlu is a secure business ecosystem, which means you cannot register an account on your own to gain access to another company's work. Access is granted only via an invitation from the organization you are working with (your service provider).

The Flowlu Client Portal sign up process typically starts in one of two ways:

  • Email Invitation: You will receive an automated email with a unique registration link.

Note: If you don't see the email, please check your Spam folder or ask the organization to resend the invitation.

  • Direct Link: The representative from the company you work with may provide you with a direct URL to their specific registration page.

Once you click that link, simply enter your email address. Your email address will serve as your login username.

Then you’ll see a user creation window where you’ll add your first name, last name, and create a password.

After finalizing your profile, your account is immediately linked to the company’s workspace. You can now access the shared data at any time.

Client Portal Sign In

There are two ways to log in to the Flowlu client portal.

  1. Standard Login Page: Visit the main Flowlu login screen and log in with your email and password. If your email is linked to one or more client portals, they will appear automatically after login.
  2. Custom Account URL: Each organization has an address like companyname.flowlu.com associated with it. However, some organizations may use a fully custom domain, such as crm.mycompany.com or any other. You can get a custom account URL from a representative of the company. You can use it directly and bookmark it for convenience.

Both methods work equally well. Using a custom domain is optional but can make access faster if you use the portal frequently.

Working in Flowlu Client Portal

As a Client Portal user, your access is intentionally streamlined to keep the interface focused, simple, and secure. Rather than overwhelming you with internal management tools, the portal serves as a dedicated window into the most critical aspects of your collaboration. Depending on the specific permissions granted by the organization you work with, you can track the real-time progress of your projects and stay updated on the status of every individual task. This transparency ensures you always know which milestones have been reached and what is currently in development.

The Client Portal can be your primary communication hub, allowing you to engage directly with the team through task comments or chat. This keeps all feedback and decisions organized within the project itself, eliminating the need to dig through scattered email chains. Furthermore, you have access to a secure repository for all shared files, contracts, and deliverables, along with a dedicated financial section where you can review, approve, and download invoices or estimates.

Flowlu Mobile App

You can stay updated on your projects using the official Flowlu mobile app for iOS and Android. There is no separate app for clients — simply log in to the main Flowlu app with your credentials, and the interface will automatically adjust to your client role.

The mobile app is the best way to maintain real-time communication. You can receive push notifications for:

  • Project Milestones: Know exactly when a project moves to a new stage (e.g., from "In Progress" to "Quality Check").
  • New Messages: Get instant alerts when a team member leaves a comment or sends a chat message.
  • Billing: Be notified immediately when a new invoice or estimate is issued for your review.

Troubleshooting and Lost Access

If you have lost your credentials or cannot log in, please follow these steps:

  • Reset Password: Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page to receive a recovery link via email.
  • Lost Portal Link: If you don't remember the company's specific address, you can log in via the global Flowlu page. All portals associated with your email will be listed there.
  • Invitation Issues: If your sign-up link has expired, please contact the person who hired you or invited you. They can manually resend the invitation from their internal settings.

Working With Multiple Companies

If you are a freelancer or contractor working with several businesses that use Flowlu, you do not need multiple accounts. Using the My Accounts menu, you can seamlessly switch between different client portals without logging out, provided all invitations were sent to the same email address.

The Flowlu Client Portal centralizes your work and communications, eliminating the stress of searching through endless email threads. With real-time project updates accessible on both desktop and mobile, you’ll always stay in the loop.
