Why can’t I upgrade or switch to another plan?

If you're unable to switch plans, you might have exceeded your plan’s limits for features, storage, or user seats. If you see a notification, check which limits are affected and compare them to your desired plan. If you still need help, reach out to our Support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.

How do I cancel a trial?

No need to worry about canceling—trials automatically expire after 7 days. We don’t ask for credit card details, so you won’t be charged. If you don’t upgrade, your access to Flowlu features will be limited unless you switch to a Free plan or choose a paid subscription.

Is there a free plan available?

Yes! Flowlu offers a free plan that includes essential features to help you get started. It’s perfect for individuals or small teams who want to explore the platform before upgrading. The free plan gives you access to basic project management tools, CRM and invoicing, task management, knowledge base. It includes up to 2 users. The free plan doesn’t expire, and you can use it as long as you need. If you ever need more advanced features or additional users, you can upgrade anytime.
