How to Apply a Coupon or Promo Code to Your Subscription

If you have a coupon or promo code, you can easily apply it during the checkout process to receive a discount on your subscription. This guide will show you how to navigate to the payment screen and activate your code.

Step 1: Navigate to the Checkout Page

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select My Subscription from the dropdown menu.
   
2. On the Subscription Plans page, choose your desired plan (e.g., Advanced), select the billing cycle (1 Month or 1 Year), and adjust the number of User seats. Once you are ready, click the Buy now button at the bottom of the screen.
   
3. A checkout window will appear. Under Your details, enter your Email address, Country, and Region, then click Continue.
   

You will now see the Order Summary, which is where you can apply your discount.

Step 2: Activate Your Promo Code

1. In the Order Summary section, click the Add discount link.
2. An input field will appear. Type your valid code into the field.
3. Click the Apply button.

Step 3: Complete Your Purchase

Note: you can apply each code only once. If you switch to another type of subscription, the promocode is no longer valid for a new subscription, and the total price will be calculated using our current pricing + tax.
