How and Why to Create Task Lists?

There are different tools and methods to improve productivity and workflow organisation which allows doing the following:

  • to cut off all unnecessary things;
  • to focus on what’s really important;
  • to manage time and resources for problem-solving with flexibility;
  • to get rid of the feeling being stressed out due to poor time management.

In Flowlu, to achieve these goals and focus on tasks you need in a certain situation or moment of time you can sort tasks by context lists.

Go to the Tasks. Click on “+” in Lists. Write the name of the task in a new window. You can choose a coloured line for a list if you want.
