We have servers in the US, EU, India, AUS. All the data mirrored between it. 

Flowlu takes cybersecurity and data protection very seriously. We’re currently taking steps to ensure that we maintain secure and compliant systems for all the customers.

Flowlu is independently certified with AT 101 SOC 2 (Type II) for Security and Confidentiality principles, confirming Flowlu takes appropriate steps to protect its systems’ and customers’ data.

We host our servers in locked cages within data centres. All server and network components are constantly monitored by internal Flowlu staff and our colocation providers.

Flowlu's Accident Recovery infrastructure resides in Google Cloud Platform, having great scalability and security with SSAE16 / ISAE 3402 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and other certifications.

Protection at the account level can be enhanced by activating the "IP White List" feature, which completely excludes access to the system from unauthorized IP addresses, if necessary.

You can also manually export a list of projects, counterparties, transactions and tasks to CSV files for backup on your computer. In order to do it, go to the corresponding page and press the Export to CSV button in the menu.
