How to Bulk Delete Items


To quickly remove unnecessary objects or start from scratch, use the bulk-delete option.

How to Delete Opportunities in Bulk

To delete opportunities in bulk, you need:

  1. Go to CRM → Opportunities.
  2. Switch to the list view.
  3. Select the opportunities you need. You can also select all at once.
  4. Delete them by clicking on the trash icon. 

How to Delete Organizations and Contacts in Bulk

To delete organizations and Contacts in bulk, you need:

  1. Go to CRM → Organizations (or Contacts).
  2. Select the items you need or all at once.
  3. Delete them by clicking on the trash icon.

This process is the same for both contacts and organizations. 

How to Delete Tasks in Bulk

To delete tasks in bulk, you need:

  1. Go to Tasks → List View.
  2. Select the tasks you need or all at once.
  3. Delete them by clicking on the trash icon.

How to Delete Projects in Bulk

To delete projects in bulk, you need:

  1. Go to Projects.
  2. Select the projects you need or all at once.
  3. Delete them by clicking on the trash icon.  

Please note that the thrash icon will be displayed only if you have the following option activated in the Portal Settings - Projects:

How to Delete Invoices in Bulk

If payments have been made on these invoices, then first you need to delete received payments in the Money section.

Set up the filters, if needed. For example, if not all payments need to be deleted, but only for a particular organization, sales rep, etc. Learn more about filters

After that, you can delete invoices in bulk. 

How to Delete Products in Bulk

To delete products in bulk, you need:

  1. Go to Products.
  2. Select the products you need or all at once.
  3. Click on the trash icon and delete the products. 

How to Delete Emails in Bulk

To delete emails in bulk, you need:

  1. Go to Email.
  2. Choose a specific email account.
  3. Select the messages you need or all at once.
  4. Click on the trash icon and delete the emails.
