How to Set Up Notifications

To ensure that the responsible person for the opportunity is always aware of everything that is happening to it, he/she can set up notifications. This can be done in the notification panel by clicking the Settings button  → Notification Settings CRM and check the notifications you want to receive.

By default, the responsible person receives notifications about new comments, or that he or she is assigned to be responsible, or when the opportunity moves from one stage to another.

Notifications can be received both in Flowlu and by email. To do this, check the “Duplicate notifications to email” box in the Settings menu.

An account administrator can receive the notifications regarding all the opportunities in the account. To turn on this  option, go to the System Settings > CRM > Main Settings.
