How to Create Multiple Relations Between Companies and Contacts

One contact can cooperate with different companies. And vice versa, when working with one company, you can cooperate with several people on different tasks. All connections can easily be reflected in the account card.

To create links, go to the company's account card and click on the Add relation button.

A sidebar will open to add a new contact. You can select an existing contact in the system or create a new one.

When selecting a contact, the system will prompt you to specify the contact’s position or role in the company. This will allow the manager to understand on which issue, whom to contact.

To save the changes, click the checkbox.

The contact card will display the company which you linked the contact with. In the contact card, in the same way, you can add any number of companies which the contact cooperates with.
