Contact Center

This module allows you to connect external messages directly to Flowlu without using third-party integrators. This way, you can ensure a seamless 2-way integration to receive and send text messages via messengers, automatically assign manages to chats, quickly create sales opportunities, and keep track of new messages without switching to external apps.

How to Install the Contact Center

You can install the Contact Center from the Apps section.

In the opened tab, click the Install button.


Once the Contact Center is installed, you can uninstall it or change roles, permissions, and access settings on its page.
