How to Invite a new User
This guide will walk you through the different ways to add new users to your Flowlu account, allowing you to build your team and collaborate effectively.
You can begin adding users from two primary locations in your account:
- From the Top Menu: Click the “+” icon in the top navigation bar and select “New User” from the dropdown menu
- From the My Team Module: Navigate to the “My Team” module from the left sidebar. Click the “Add” button in the upper right corner and select “User” from the dropdown.
Once you start, you can choose from several methods to add or invite new members to your team.
Full Invite
The Full Invite method allows you to directly create a new user's profile, set their password, and fully configure their access rights from the start.
- Select the “Full Invite” tab.
- Fill in the user’s details, including their First Name, Last Name, and a required Email. You can also add their Phone and Position.
- Set a password for the user. You can either type a password yourself or click “Generate password” to create a secure one automatically.
- Expand the "Access rights" section to define the user's permissions for various modules and features within Flowlu.
- Once all details and permissions are set, click “Save”. The user account will be created and ready for them to use.

Quick Invite
For a faster process, the Quick Invite method lets you send invitations by simply entering your colleagues' email addresses.
- Select the “Quick Invite” tab.
- Enter the email address of a coworker in the provided field. To invite more people, click "More" to add more email fields.
- Click “Send” to send the email invitations.

Bulk Invite
If you need to invite many users at once, the Bulk Invite feature is the most efficient method.
- Select the “Bulk Invite” tab.
- In the text box, enter the email addresses of the users you wish to invite. You can separate the emails with a comma, a space, or a line break.
- Click “Send”. Invitations will be dispatched to all the listed email addresses simultaneously.

Invite by Link
You can also invite new members by sharing a unique, automatically generated invitation link.
- Select the “Invite by Link” tab.
- Click the copy icon to copy the unique link to your clipboard.
- Share this link with your coworkers through any communication channel you prefer, such as email or a team chat.

After following the link, new users can quickly sign up and join your portal. If a user already has a Flowlu account for another company, they will be able to join your portal immediately and then easily switch between accounts.
If you need to invalidate the link (for instance, if it was shared with the wrong person), simply click the “Reset” button. This will generate a new unique link, and the old one will no longer work.
How to Manage Invitations
After you send email invitations, you can track and manage them.
- Navigate to the “My Team” module.
- Click on the “Invitations” tab. This screen displays a list of all pending invitations that have been sent by email.
From here, you can take two actions for any invitation that has not yet been accepted:
- Resend: If a user didn't receive the invitation, you can send it again.
- Cancel: If an invitation was sent in error, you can cancel it. This will make the link in the original email inactive.
Once a teammate accepts an invitation and signs up (or once you create their account using Full Invite), they will appear in the main user list in the My Team module.
