New structure simplifies plans, improves transparency, and lowers entry costs for businesses of all sizes
On September 18, 2025, Flowlu introduced a new pricing model based on seats. Instead of fixed bundles, pricing now depends on how many people use it. This change makes it easier for teams to choose the right plan and only pay for what they need.
Why We Made This Change
Different teams use Flowlu in very different ways. A freelancer needs a simple way to track client work. A 50-person company requires automation, financial tools, and advanced reporting. Under the old model, smaller teams sometimes paid for features and user seats they never used, and larger organizations had trouble growing without changing plans.
Seat-based pricing addresses these issues by:
Scaling with your team: Pay only for active users, and easily add more seats as your team grows.
Matching usage to cost: Your bill reflects how many people actively collaborate in Flowlu.
Reducing barriers to growth: No forced upgrades just because you hired one more teammate.
Supporting larger companies: Custom enterprise pricing reduces per-user costs for larger organizations while providing additional features and extended limits that bigger teams require.
We heard from customers who said, ‘I don’t want to pay for 16 users if my team only has 3.’ This update makes pricing more transparent and predictable, so teams can choose a plan that fits their size today and still feel confident as they grow.

The new pricing began on September 18, 2025. Existing customers can keep their current plans.
We’ve been listening to feedback for a while. Many customers told us they wanted more transparent, predictable pricing and the flexibility to pay only for the seats they use. Earlier this year, we introduced a “Solo” plan, and its success showed us that seat-based pricing was the right direction for all plans.
Alongside the new pricing, during this year Flowlu has released a series of updates to make the platform more powerful and flexible. Some of the key improvements include:
Calendar view for tasks
Customizable records
More dashboards and improved reports
Major upgrades to Gantt charts
Task dependencies
Presence indicators
New integrations (Dropbox, OneDrive, Textdrip, and more)
Added support for two new languages
And this is only part of the list. We keep adding updates regularly to make it easier to manage projects, clients, and money.
