Marketplace Review & Rating Guidelines
By using the Flowlu Marketplace, you agree to these Guidelines and to the Flowlu Privacy Policy (https://www.flowlu.com/privacy-policy/), including how we collect and use personal data.
Who can leave a review
You can submit a review and rating for an app if:

you have access to the Flowlu Marketplace,
-
the app is installed on your portal, and
-
you are not a member of the app developer's portal.
How reviews work
Your review, rating, and display name will be visible to other Flowlu users once published.
You can edit your review or rating at any time. Each user may submit one review and one rating per app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit.
Review moderation
After you submit a review, it may take up to 5 calendar days before it appears publicly. This window allows us to notify the app developer and verify the review if needed.
Flowlu reserves the right to decline to publish or remove any review that:

is unrelated to actual experience with the app,

does not provide useful information for other users, or
-
contains offensive language or inappropriate content.
Flowlu may also edit or remove a review if its accuracy is disputed. We are not obligated to explain why a review was declined or removed.
Changes to these Guidelines
Flowlu may update these Guidelines at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published.
