Flowlu App Marketplace Review Policy

1. General Provisions

By using the “Apps” section of the Flowlu service, users agree to this Policy.

Users also agree to the Flowlu Website and Service Terms of Use, including provisions related to the processing of personal data.

Only users registered with Flowlu may submit reviews and ratings for solutions published in the “Apps” catalog.

2. Review Submission Requirements

A review may be submitted only by a user of the portal on which the app was actually installed and used.

Reviews will not be published and will not be included in the app rating if the app was installed on portals owned or controlled by the app’s author (developer).

Each user may submit only one review and one rating per installed app.

Users may edit their previously published reviews and ratings.

3. Moderation and Publication Timeline

All reviews are subject to prior moderation to ensure compliance with this Policy.

The review moderation period depends on the current workload of moderators and may vary.

This period may be used to notify the app author and, if necessary, to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the review.

Flowlu reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to publish or remove any review without providing a reason.

4. Content Standards and User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information contained in their reviews.

Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views or endorsement of Flowlu.

Reviews, ratings, and user-provided contact details (full name, company name) may be published and made available to other users.

By submitting a review, users agree that the information provided during registration may be shared with app authors for communication and feedback purposes.

Flowlu may refuse to publish or may remove reviews that:

are not based on actual use of the app;
do not provide useful or relevant information to other users;
contain offensive language, profanity, or inappropriate content.

5. Flowlu’s Rights

Flowlu reserves the right to remove published reviews at any time.

Flowlu determines, at its sole discretion, the period during which reviews remain visible in the “Apps” section.

Flowlu is not required to notify users of the reasons for rejecting or removing reviews.

Flowlu may update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect upon publication.
