What do you like best about Flowlu?
We use Flowlu to plan work and manage tasks across our team. Before Flowlu, we mainly worked with an agenda system, which made team planning difficult as our number of clients grew.
Flowlu helps us keep a clear overview of ongoing tasks and responsibilities. Having planning and CRM in one system was important for us, and Flowlu meets that need well. The layout is clear and easy to work with, which made adoption easier for the team.
What do you dislike about Flowlu?
Setting up the system took some time. Because we have a large volume of clients, entering all the details required a lot of work. This was expected, but it did take several months before everything was fully in place.
What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowlu helps us plan work more clearly and coordinate tasks within the team. We now have better visibility into what is being worked on and what still needs to be done, which makes daily work easier to manage.

We mainly use workflow automation, task tracking, team chat, and dashboards and reports.
