Flowlu just got a serious upgrade—from real-time collaboration cues to sharper CRM insights and sleek new widgets, everything’s built to help you work faster, smarter, and more in sync.

You’ll notice it the moment you log in—Flowlu just feels more connected. From real-time presence indicators to clearer dashboards and smarter CRM insights, these updates are all about giving you the right info, right when you need it. Let’s dig into what’s new.

Presence Indicators for Tasks, Projects, CRM & More

You’ll now spot small user icons on the top-right of cards in:

  • Tasks & Projects
  • Agile Projects & Issues
  • Contacts & Organizations
  • Calendar Events

These presence indicators show who’s currently viewing an item, which means you can instantly see if someone is already on a task, reviewing a deal, or planning an event. No more duplicated efforts. Just clear, visible collaboration—all in real time.

Available on all plans.

New and Improved Widgets

Revenue by Opportunity Source Widget

No more guesswork or data exports. This new widget offers a simple yet powerful view of:

  • Total number of opportunity sources
  • Revenue per source
  • Opportunity count per source
  • % share of revenue per channel
  • Sortable views (by revenue or opportunity count)
  • Filters for cleaner, custom insights

You can view it as a pie chart or a table, depending on your mood or meeting format. It’s available on Team plans and up—and ideal for optimizing your budget and doubling down on what’s working.

Refined Opportunity Loss Reasons Analysis Widgets

We enhanced the “Opportunity Loss Reasons” chart:

  • Smarter Filtering: Check or uncheck specific reasons and see the updated chart instantly.
  • Hover Highlights: Mousing over a reason highlights the corresponding chart slice.
  • Percentage View: Now you’ll see not just counts but the % of total lost opportunities for each reason.

Opportunity Loss Reasons by Owner: Now with More Insight

We’ve improved this existing widget to give you a clearer view of how each team member is performing—and where deals are slipping.

You can now see a breakdown of lost opportunities by reason for each manager.

Clicking a manager’s name still opens their full list of lost deals—just like before—but now, you’ll also see exactly which reasons are driving the drop-offs.

Projects Widget

Your new control tower for all things projects. It shows:

  • Project name & owner
  • Current stage
  • Task completion status
  • Associated client
  • Deadline tracking (on time or overdue)

You can filter what projects appear, so you’re only tracking what actually matters to you—without hopping between modules.

Leaves & Absences Widget Upgrade

Absences in the “Current” group are now sorted by fewest days missed—so the short absences float to the top, giving you a better sense of team availability at a glance.

Set Your Team’s Work Hours

Admins can now define portal-level working hours and days:
Portal Settings → Date & Time → Work Schedule

  • Non-working hours and days will appear dimmed
  • Working hours are clearly marked in tasks and events
  • Prevents scheduling during off hours

This small tweak helps avoid awkward timing issues and keeps everyone aligned.

Set Reminders for Task Collaborators

Before, you could only set task reminders for yourself, the assignee, followers, or the task owner. Now, you can also send reminders to task collaborators—perfect for making sure everyone involved gets a timely nudge.

Just choose collaborators when adding or editing a reminder, and Flowlu will do the rest. It’s one more way we’re helping teams stay aligned and on top of what matters.

Communications & CRM Integration Upgrades

When you create an opportunity from a chat (e.g. WhatsApp), Flowlu now pulls in:

  • Opportunity Source: Automatically assigned from the communication channel
  • Start Date: Based on first contact timestamp
  • Opportunity Owner: Auto-filled from the chat rep

This means better context, less manual entry, and more accurate reporting.

Note: For existing channels, don’t forget to configure the source manually.

OneDrive Integration

You can now attach files from your OneDrive directly to:

  • Tasks
  • Projects
  • Contacts
  • More

Choose whether to link the file (no storage used) or save a local copy (counts toward your storage quota). It’s fast, familiar, and cuts down on download-rename-upload cycles.

Team & User Interface Enhancements

Improved Team Invites: Add a new teammate with their name, job title, password, and full access permissions—all in one go.

Search by Job Title: The “My Team” page’s search field now recognizes job titles too.

Real-Time Comments: No more page refreshes—comments in the activity feed now appear instantly.

Absence Icons: You’ll now see an icon next to a user’s avatar if they’re on leave (e.g., vacation, sick day, WFH). Hover for details.

Knowledge Base & Gantt Chart Enhancements

Image Zoom in Knowledge Base: Click images to zoom in. Helpful for diagrams, charts, or screenshots.

Gantt Chart Add-Ons: Add more context to tasks with extra columns like:

  • Followers, collaborators
  • Status
  • Priority, tags
  • Dates (created, changed, completed)
  • Clients
  • Time estimates & actuals

All without leaving the Gantt view.

Mobile App Improvements

We’ve polished the experience and added new features:

  • New CRM Dashboard Widgets: See why deals are lost, check your sales conversion rate, and understand how leads move through your pipeline.
  • Quick Actions Menu: Access Agile Projects or Invoices faster.
  • Kanban by Project Templates: View projects organized by workflows.
  • Task Board Milestones: See and manage milestones directly on Kanban.
  • Create from Milestones: Add tasks from milestones (and vice versa).
  • Add Products/Services to Opportunities: Now supported in-app.

Presence indicators are automatically enabled on all plans—just open any task, project, contact, or calendar item, and you’ll see who’s currently viewing it. No setup needed. If you’re not seeing them, try refreshing your browser or checking with your workspace admin.

Yes! Both the new Projects widget and CRM widgets like Revenue by Source can be filtered to show only the data that matters to you. Use filters to tailor your view by project stage, client, revenue source, or task status.

It’s already available. When adding a file to a task, project, or CRM record, you’ll now see the option to attach directly from OneDrive. Just sign in when prompted, and you’re good to go.
